Powder coating in the last five years has made huge leaps in material technology which powders are made from to the finishes available. Before this time they were limits to the colours the powders were available not to mention the uses and finishes, At Powderworx Ltd. we access to over 6500 different colours and numerous finishes from standard gloss, satin, and matts to anti bacterial and heavy duty non slip coatings. Customs colours available in candy, metal flake and glitters or special colours can be manufactured to customers specification.

 

In terms of our capacity we have a 2.5m x 2.2m x 4m oven which allows us to complete both smaller runs of custom work, with multi colours and masking available for machined surfaces to larger commercial items with quick turn around times.
